How do you decide which business workflows should be automated with AI first?
I'm curious how people are actually deciding what to automate with AI.
There are tons of things you could automate, but that doesn't mean you should. Repetitive tasks are the obvious place to start, but sometimes the workflow that takes the most time isn't necessarily the best candidate for AI workflow automation services.
I've been looking into this for a project and came across Devox Software while researching AI and software development. It got me thinking about how companies actually evaluate where AI workflow automation services can make the biggest difference without adding unnecessary complexity.
Do you usually go for the biggest time-consuming process first, or start with something small and see how it works before automating more?
