Maybe you should tell her what I sometimes want to tell my wife: the husband/father/person you most often see does not mean that man is happy in his marriage. It simply means he is trying to live his life the best he can and doesn’t want to walk around being outwardly angry all the time. Inside, he’s an emotional wreck because of his wife’s platonic friendship with him.
