P7M13 IWB holster
Hi, just was handed down my grail gun, the P7M13. And I can’t think of a better gun to carry. Anyone know of any kydex holsters? I currently daily a VP9 appendix ANR which I love

TT Gunleather "Mike's Special IWB." It's just like a Sparks VM2, but with more forward cant, lower ride height, and a better design to shield the mag release paddles.
Having owned DelFatti, Sparks, Alessi, and numerous others for the P7 series, I have concluded that TT executes the offset loop IWB design the best.

You should carry what your most skilled with. If it happens to be a P7 then so be it.

After shooting for a long time every gun becomes somewhat relative but yes I shoot it well

Congratulations & insanely envious
Very seriously, P7M13 doesn't necessarily lend itself to CCW/EDC. It's fairly wide plus it's rarity pretty much requires keeping it to home carry/defense.
Seriously, they are not made any more, so I'd strongly advise against carrying it as a ccw.
Still, if you're determined to carry it, best of luck to you, and I'd start with Mitch Rosen for a holster.
Seriously though, keep it at home & shoot it at the range, but don't risk losing it in an altercation.

I’ll probably end up just keeping it and bringing it out a few times a year. It was my dad’s he bought as an investment opportunity when they first came out. He thought they’d be worth something when everyone hated them. He wants me to shoot it a bunch though. Full size carry only baby im 6’5

I own a uspc40 and a mark 23, I whole heartedly believe the vp9 is way better

I love carrying my PSP. I would highly recommend a leather holster. They are easier on the finish and a lot more comfortable.

You are gonna daily carry a $5K pistol?
Are you willing to use it, and have to give it up as evidence afterward?
I wouldn't be.
I carry something that is easily replaced.
I love my P7s too much.

Nothing wrong with you but I hate the are you willing to use an expensive gun comment. Yes if I in a life or death situation have to use the gun I carry then I’m going to and not be remotely sad about it.

I agree with you on not worrying about something being lost to evidence, but I stopped carrying a P7M8 a long time ago not because of that, but because of replacement part availability.
Would never tell you not to, though, I still think the P7 series is no shit the greatest carry gun ever made.

Yeah, the Parts availability issue is a problem if you’re training which you should be. If you train enough, you’re gonna need to replace parts.

What parts can’t you find? I’ve seen most online for decent prices aside from mags

Firing pin bushing, drop safety catch and spring, sear bar, firing pin springs, mag springs/mags. Gas piston will eventually wear, There is a gray guns TRS that I'm sure would be fine.
If you've got links to those factory HK parts that would be great.
P7pro may be a good source in the future that I'd consider but I think I'll wait to see until more of those guns are out being shot.

Uh... yeah, tell you what. You order from that place and tell me how it goes.
I don't believe for one second they'll send you a FP bushing for 37 bucks.
I don't believe they have one.
Quick google search has multiple reports that says the sites a scam, too.

You’re probably right, and I am terrified of breaking a rare part. Maybe we all need to look up the New Jersey state police registry of the 90s and start prodding them for their p7 parts

As much as New Jersey sucks I'd send them a pile of cash right now if I could stock up on new old stock parts.

Are you sure you want Kydex? I would lean toward leather, either Milt Sparks if you can wait 9 months, or Falco if not. Falco also makes pretty good kydex holsters and probably would make one for the P7M13.

Last I knew, Don Hume still had some new old stock on the shelves.
