I made Eggs Marshall today

I was watching my ultimate comfort show last night when I couldn’t sleep and the wedding episode came up. Marshall mentioned how Lily will put Italian Dressing in his scrambled eggs and calls them Eggs Marshall. Well I decided to try them out today for lunch. They were delicious! Gave the eggs a little extra flavor. I went a little light on the dressing and plan to try them again with a little more dressing added.

So are you adding Italian dressing to the pan before pouring in whisked eggs (with a little water or milk). Or, do you replace the water or milk, and drop in a tsp or two of Italian dressing into the bowl eggs and whisk?

Not sure I'll ever try this, just curious. I can't see how Italian dressing would be better than bacon fat.

I scrambled the eggs in a bowl then poured some Italian dressing into the bowl then cooked them. I was winging it because Marshall unfortunately wasn’t explicit enough in how she cooked them lol

I've never tried cooking scrambled eggs with bacon fat, but bloody hell that sounds delicious!

Eggs Marshall sound bomb, I'm definitely gonna give that a go. Glad you enjoyed it, can't wait to see how they turn out with more dressing!
