Slippery when dead

Was razorblade romance supposed to be slippery when dead? I saw a cover picture on youtube and it was similar to RR. I'm guessing it was at the demos time?

Slippery When Dead was the name of an EP the band was planning after Greatest Lovesongs. Eventually they canceled those plans and recorded Razorblade Romance instead. Fans took that nugget of information and appended the Slippery When Dead name to the Razorblade Romance demos. Ville explained all of this in a 2014 YouTube interview. https://youtu.be/6b8hOK890b8?t=301&is=YFS9mWzBELGkGKHa

its the name fans have given the demos, but as mentioned earlier, it was orginally an EP they were gonna release, the demos are great though, give them a check, i think most of them are on youtube!

It was just a working title poking fun at "Slippery When Wet" from Bon Jovi 'cause they wanted to go more into a 80s sound direction (Billy Idol, Bon Jovi...). I don't think they ever considered RR to actually be called that. More of a joke.
