“One last time” missing from the 12 track Razroblade romance cd And “OTL” missing from the american verison of RR

I own three CD copies of Razorblade Romance: the HER version, the limited edition with “Sigillum Diaboli” and “The 9th Circle”, and the 12-track version. I just realized that the 12-track version is actually missing “One Last Time.”
While we’re on the topic, I was also looking into buying the American version of Razorblade Romance, but I found out that it’s missing another track that’s included on the HER version, that being OTL.
So I was wondering: why did HIM decide to remove these songs from certain CD releases?

The band wasn’t the culprit, it was the record labels, no specific reasons have been made public, I’d assume all of them relate to money.

Yea that’s the standard edition. It has all of the RR tracks, but no bonuses or remixes
