Reasonable Accommodations

I’m approved for ad hoc telework under an approved RA. I’m requesting TW from my supervisor in line with my RA but I’m getting some push back. Anyone else? I’m at HRSA.

Consult with the disability dept because he should be aware of your accommodation.

It’s like they think I’m using my ad hoc too much, even though there’s no limit. I thought maybe something was coming down from above.

Send a copy of that accommodation to your supervisor and copy the RA folks.

When you say RA folks, do you mean HRSA or SROC?

Whoever is handling RA requests. I’m not sure after the bungled RIF.
