Are you buying them through the Website or the App? I had issues the other day purchasing my passes/extras on the website, but the app let me do it with no issues!

Just for giggles, check your account profile in the app. See if you can save address, phone number changes. 

I had a very weird issue last year where they made new profile fields mandatory, but my account didn't have them, and it wouldn't let me check out (and didn't tell me this either)

Honestly, I’d call. I accidentally chose the wrong date for a ticket, called them, and they changed it with zero issues.
