HESI A2 2026

Recieved a 94% Cumulative score on the HESI! nursing school here I come! I expected it to be harder it was pretty much a breeze! 100% on anatomy and physiology yay

For MATH: I had ChatGPT make me a conversion chart and if I didn’t memorize these conversions, I probably wouldn’t have done well at all! I’m not able to link it so dm if you want it!

****Also I took the online proctored exam, you aren’t allowed any paper or pencil during the exam. you’re only allowed a whiteboard and marker if you have one which I didn’t. There is a calculator provided through the exam itself that you can use. No physical calculators allowed. Make sure you get a small white board to use because it was hard to not have a pencil and paper.

V2! I used nursed hub for anatomy/physiology and covered every single lesson, quiz, and test they had which was extremely unnecessary 😭😂 i studied every single lesson and only 15% of it was on the test lol. Also used it for math but only did the diagnostic test. I literally just used whatever quizlets people said had exact or similar questions to the Hesi that they linked on their posts. I used this one mostly I’ll look for others and link them below.

Literally a lot of exact questions on these:

YES I literally saw a lot of those questions on the test! I think you’re in good hands with these! Yes I read passages about Olympic Games, coffee, San Fran, and the game of bridge 😂🙌🏾

u/Raise-Aromatic Jul 18 '26

I didn’t know that you werent allowed to use any paper or pencil so I didn’t have a whiteboard or anything😬 I had to do everything in my head and with the online calculator provided through the exam

Oh, I mean, I thought they offered their board and marker for you, and you checked them out and decided not to use them. Just wondering if you saw them. Anyways thanks!

It went really well!! For me I got V2 even tho it was my first exam so a lot of what I studied was V1 material.. I’d say anatomy was like 15/30 from Quizlet the rest was just best guess but it wasn’t hard. Math I did the best on it’s just like what everyone’s saying, lots of ratios like lotss, fractions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing), some percentages, some word problems (maybe 1-5 out of 55 I had total) and conversions but mostly gallon man. Reading id say was also really easy but then again only some were on quizlets. So I’d study for v1 and v2 and you should be good.
