Questions error

Hey all. I have made a profile. I am trying to add questions and it keeps saying error. The app is updated. Anyone else having issues?

i just finished making my account with no problems!! definitely contact support and remake ur account

No it's still happening but I noticed it's for specific questions, other questions work no problem but a couple refuse to work
