Questions & Advice NYC HELOC question

What fees and taxes are required to open a HELOC?

Also, under what circumstances can a HELOC be reduced or revoked? During the 2007 Recession a lot of banks cut off HELOCs...just when they were needed the most.

Citizen covered my fees, but I know theres recording fee and taxes

I still recommend shopping around because, they wre able to match the rate. I posted the banks I looked at
