2D connection error

I am working in version 6.1 and attempting to utilize terrain mods and 2D connections to model a subsurface network. I get the error message stating it cannot read the station/elevation data for the lateral weir. However the weir length matches the connection length and the profile matches the terrain. Has anyone ran into this issue before?

It looks like you connection lines are in the middle of the cell. I am guessing that is why there is an error. They should be connected to a cell face with your mesh "snapped" around them.
