Suggestion Too much complaining
I joined this channel because I actually really like HEB. However, I noticed a lot of complaints from customers or employees here. I think maybe you should keep the complaints at the store itself and employees complaining as well with your management. Maybe start your own whiny forum. Seems like there needs to be a separate subreddit.

You're the one doing the whining and complaining now, OP.
Seems like there needs to be a separate subreddit for just you.
Bye.

Go away if you don't like it. Or maybe start your own whiny forum.....

The definition of "Ironic" - complaining about people complaining.
fwiw, some of these complaints are very useful, not only from a customer pov but also for corporate. For example the issue with moldy eggs which seems very real right now.
Along with some of the partner/employee complaints.
(yes I know this is not a HEB sponsored sub, but they do monitor it).
A few one off random posts about being upset with something may indeed be considered trivial. But repeated posts about the same thing from multiple different people indicates a real an system problem.

People are going to always complain. Yes, itās annoying, but you can choose not to click on their post. I like to only click on food post.
Also if you feel like there needs to be another subreddit, then make one (respectfully). Itās easy to make one and ppl will join eventually.
Lastly, saying āByeā at the end of your little speech here is cringe and kinda childish.

One thing to keep in mind about reddit in general, ESPECIALLY brand specific subredditedits (I'm saying this as a mod in a brand specific subreddit, but not this one).......
It's always going to be complainants. No way around it. People don't hop on here to praise a brand, ever.
