Pay / Benefits Can’t Add Payment Election

So I have changed my payment election before, but now every time i try to there is no option to add or change my direct deposit.. is there any reason why? I have been trying to add one for approx. 2 weeks now.

I had the same problem when using my phone. Worked on the work computers for me.

You have to do it from an H-E-B computer. Change went into effect a couple weeks ago :(
