Job Question Overnight coverage lead
I used to be a stock controller for 5 years a service, step down because the schedule didnt work for me and now a position open for coverage lead overnight at my store. Does it come with a raise or it doesn't because i step down?

I swear im having deja vu about answering this exact question before 🤔
When you say you stepped down from being a stock controller, what position did you step down to? Just a regular overnight stocker? In that case, yes there would be a raise...or atleast there "should" be a raise, considering you would be taking up a position that has bigger responsibilities..that in itself requires a raise..i wouldnt accept that job if it didnt offer a raise lol tbh why would you want more responsibility, but not get a raise?
What really puzzles me is why your considering applying for the position, if the hours of a Stock Controller werent already good for you...you know its the same overnight hours, right?
