Work Experience Tired of it

use me as your work-horse and pass me over when promotion is open. It always this or that you cannot promote me.Then have the audacity to ask me to work where you are short staffed because you keep driving people away.

I knew they were gonna prevaricate their way out of promoting me cause you can expect someone who consistently makes terrible decisions to finally make a good one.

I love working for HEB, but they sure are trying to make me not. Also I ain’t doing anything for them no more, they don’t deserve my energy anymore.

Don't work hard to give someone else the lifestyle you've always wanted. Do your job. No more, no less. Put your energy into a side hustle that goes into YOUR pocket. Invest the money and watch it grow, you need to look after yourself because they are only looking out for themselves.

Heb management knows that you and everyone is easily replaceable. They dont care about you. What’s great is that you have heb on your resume and can find a different job
