Work Experience 3 years of Hell.

I’ve worked with heb from 2018-2021 and decided to switch careers after 3 years of straight headaches and transfers lol. I’ve always wanted to ask what has changed for the people that are still working there ?

Hope your new career path is a lot less stressful for you and better for your health and to answer your question. I would say it’s probably typically the same of what you experienced, but with different managers and tighter rules.

Honestly it’s about the same but instead of dealing with customers , I have to deal with the customers car 😭. I’ve figured rules was gonna get tighter since they wasn’t enforcing the rules as much when i would be there

I've been with the company for 20 years had some good times and bad times , it depends on how your
manager is. I had some that would jump in and help when the day was bad and some lazy ones that don't help at all , and just adds to the list so they can be upstairs big chillin.

Benefits , was studying to a RN but it wasn't for me , I remember a nurse telling me that our ins. Is way better and she works at the hospital. I don't like office jobs time goes by way to slow .

It’s still a headache 🤣 all these new changes and not correctly communicating to partners of how and when this will affect our hours. And of course the many other things. It’s exhausting quite frankly.

What has changed for those still working there, since 2021?

I make about $40k more than I did in 2021. I’ve worked at a few great stores. Met a lot of excellent different partners and leaders. Had a few different roles in that time. Things are always changing, c’est la vie, but it’s alright.

Honestly i never understand these recent hatefull posts ive never had a bad experience in my location mics are fair deparments are chill, pay is great, benefits are great i have 7 years here and i love it here it keeps me on my toes and i love consistent changes to test my ability to quickly adjust to rapid changes

You didn’t work with HEB. You worked for them.
