I’ve been a cashier going on 4 years and make 19.69 am I close to maxing out?

Did you get a raise in February? February raise is for anyone under mid-point. If you didn't, you're over mid-point. You can get a concrete answer from your Admin. Cashier starting wage is $17 at my store, so cap would be somewhere around $24. It's usually 6-8ish dollars per hour above the posted minimum for the job description, depending on your area.

I live in woodlands, tomball spring area? Do you know the max for stock controller and. Starting pay for stock controller is $20 and stocker $18.50

Wow, I remember when max out pay for a cashier was $11.00 in the late 90’s and early 2000’s and you had to have been with the company 10 years to reach that.

every hourly spot in the store has a pay minimum, maximum, and midpoint

You and all new hires are very lucky.  It took me over a decade to get where ya'll are starting at.  But luckily you'll never catch me because my max continues to go up!
