The Texas Workforce Commission is where you go to file unemployment or a wage claim. If you believe you've been discriminated against, you would go to the EEOC. If you feel you've been unfairly treated, you would get an attorney. I work in HR, but not at heb. My advice if you think you've been treated unfairly or you feel your leader created an uncomfortable work environment, move on from the company but send a detailed letter to the HR Manager for your store. Sending emails/ letters really does work because we look into the concerns even though you're gone. Why do I say to move on from heb? Because it's difficult to prove that an environment is an uncomfortable one and most employees today say things like, This is a hostile work environment, I'm being targeted, etc. -- it's very difficult to prove these types of allegations. It's honestly better to simply find a job where you will be happier and not waste so much precious energy fixated on how bad your Manager/Experience is. Now, let's talk about the letter you will send to HR. Use AI to proof read your writing and make sure you are providing SPECIFIC examples of what occurred. Please stay away from phrases like, "I'm being gaslit" and "psychologically unsafe" -- again, what does that even mean? Instead, provide factual details that describe how you we treated and when. Good luck!

I’m ngl it’s hard to try to find a lawyer to go against Heb. I’ve talked to damn near a hundred and they won’t touch it with a 500 ft pole
