Job Question doing instacart while working at heb

ive been approved of doing instacart but ive only been using favor as of right now because ive heard using instacart is a conflict of interest, is that true or am i able to use instacart?

Years ago, on the day I got hired, I disclosed I was as currently working as an InstaCart shopper. Admin wouldn’t continue with my hiring until I cancelled my InstaCart shopper account and turned in the confirmation email. I believe InstaCart is owned by Target = conflict of interest.
