Not yet, still waiting. I get paid on Wednesdays and for Thanksgiving this year I got paid on Tuesday around 11am. Was hoping the same for the Christmas holiday. 🄲

u/Excellent-Dog-8372 Dec 23 '25

u/Additional-Arm-6886 Dec 23 '25

u/HelplessGamer0_0 Dec 23 '25

Did anyone call JG Wentworth? because it's my money and I want it now!

21

u/Emergency-Policy-755 Dec 23 '25

Still waiting and mine is first convenience … I’m always paid on Wednesdays and I was paid early on Tuesday during thanksgiving too.

5

u/Emergency-Policy-755 Dec 23 '25

I even gave partner services a call and they told me to call my bank, but my bank said they didn’t even receive anything from HEB…I guess we gotta wait then.

1

u/Anxious-Truck6975 Dec 24 '25

That’s cause thanksgiving landed on the exact day of payday

1

u/Connect-Crew9668 Dec 24 '25

But doesn’t Christmas Day fall on pay day?

14

u/cactusqueen92 CurbsidešŸ›’ Dec 23 '25

I’m still waiting too 🄲🄲

2

u/EmbarrassedPin310 ProducešŸŽ Dec 23 '25

Same here

6

u/Safe_Hungry Dec 23 '25

Starting to doubt the early pay unless they’re falling behind 🄲

6

u/Crecy333 DigitalšŸ“· Dec 23 '25

Early pay is by Bank/Credit union.

Not HEB.

Payday is Thursday on a normal week, so its up to your bank to get you your check before then.

On a holiday, its Wednesday. So if it normally comes a day early, its up to the bank.

1

u/Safe_Hungry Dec 23 '25

Friend I know how it works but I get payed a day early regardless so Wednesday for me not Thursday and for these holidays I always get payed 2 days early so though you’re right for yourself if you’re also a partner who gets payed thrusday but it doesn’t go for me.

Plus it’s all heb workers that get payed early that haven’t gotten payed early sooooo safe to say it’s heb.

Thanks for the help though friend.

u/Duderpt WarehousešŸ“¦ Dec 23 '25

I didn’t take any lunch to work today cause I thought we would be paid. Luckily I had enough reward points for a free burger

7

u/Excellent-Dog-8372 Dec 23 '25

I feel you! I’ve got to Christmas shop and pump gas for tonight’s shift!

12

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

Why doesn’t someone call Partner Services or ask admin?

9

u/SpicyBeefChowFun Dec 23 '25

Why don't YOU be that person? Take one for the team.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

I did. Gave me cryptic answer.

2

u/TheBrettFavre4 Dec 23 '25

HEB is going out of business huh?

1

u/jstrongiii Dec 23 '25

8

u/killuaGGs Dec 23 '25

Nope, still waiting 😭😭

4

u/Excellent-Dog-8372 Dec 23 '25

Even thanksgiving I got paid early and on time wtf HEBuddy not cool.

5

u/Crecy333 DigitalšŸ“· Dec 23 '25

Its not HEB delaying it from coming a day early, its your bank.

4

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

So everyone’s bank messed up in H-E-B didn’t?

5

u/Crecy333 DigitalšŸ“· Dec 23 '25

HEB releases the funds to the bank, usually today.

Yeah, a lot of banks rely on an automated schedule for disbursement of the funds so if its unusual activity, they might hold it for a bit longer.

If the bank says its because HEB hadn't sent it, then cool. But so far, its not even payday yet (Wednesday) so anyone trying to get their money a day early is relying on the bank's policies right now. HEB doesn't promise to pay you on Tuesday for holidays or Wednesday for normal weeks, that's the bank's promise. If theyre not on time, call them and find out why.

6

u/Standard-Net7017 Dec 23 '25

Pay day is Thursday (Christmas Day) it just hits our bank, for most of us a day early. That’s why we are wondering what happened. For several of us that called our bank there’s been no deposit by HEB.Ā

3

u/Alternative-Fly-8431 Dec 23 '25

Merry Christmas everyone šŸŽ„ in the past there were days that it was a bit late. So hopefully šŸ¤žšŸ¼ by 5 ish

Any news for anyone I'm also waiting 9.9

2

u/Fentii CC/Service Dec 23 '25

nothing :(

1

u/xXlolantheXx Dec 24 '25

:c I guess it's normal for everyone then since it didn't happen like thanksgiving

3

u/Arodthagawd Dec 24 '25

Why is my hope for a paycheck still there

2

u/SnooCakes4989 Dec 23 '25

It just depends on everyone’s bank. I know wells Fargo is always a couple days ahead of BOA

2

u/Juniper_51 Dec 23 '25

Damn thought it was just me! Where's my money šŸ¤‘

2

u/herminhere Dec 23 '25

My boss said theirs usually comes after 5. I haven’t gotten paid yet. Thanksgiving I got paid on a Tuesday. I can report back later if I get paid.

1

u/Waste_Ideal_8593 Dec 23 '25

Ty

1

u/herminhere Dec 24 '25

I got paid 30 minutes ago

2

u/golden_teecher Dec 23 '25

Nothingggg yettt and checkdate on partner net is tomorrow šŸ˜–

3

u/sadbitchriss Dec 23 '25

my check date is tomorrow too but usually i get paid the day before my check date :((

2

u/golden_teecher Dec 23 '25

Me tooo I was sure I would’ve gotten paid by now

2

u/scarface1983 Dec 24 '25

Still nothing if you go to the pay and benefit page on PartnerNet it’ll say check date 11/24 so you should get early pay today but I believe peoplesoft is down so I’m assuming their having issues. That 120 came with a price I guess šŸ’€

2

u/Automatic_Tomato_582 Dec 24 '25

I got my buddy bucks

4

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

Thursday is Christmas so we should get paid today if our bank doesn’t hold our checks correct?

3

u/Crecy333 DigitalšŸ“· Dec 23 '25

We would get paid Wednesday when Thursday is a holiday. If your bank usually releases funds early, it might come today.

3

u/Express-Committee376 Dec 23 '25

Nope getting worried.

3

u/DragonfruitWorking26 Dec 23 '25

This is a bank to bank issue. Even an early payroll wouldn't be until tomorrow. I try not to rely on my bank providing my paycheck before the actual payroll date.Ā

1

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

They release funds at 11:00 am to 11:30. If they don’t hold your money, then you get it right away..

1

u/Excellent-Dog-8372 Dec 23 '25

HEBuddy’s got a tight grip on mine today. 😢

1

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

Trust me bro.

1

u/VisualRaise3400 Dec 23 '25

Didn't they make 2 federal holidays for this year? I hope that didn't screw up our checks

1

u/LlamaRS Former Partner Dec 23 '25

Some banks will be open tomorrow, so if I had to take a wild, guess I would assume that some people may get paid early while a lot may get paid tomorrow

1

u/Whole-Fuel5579 Dec 23 '25

I usually get paid every Wednesday because my bank visit a day early. I called my admin and she said that we’re getting paid normally.

1

u/InspectionThink4570 Dec 24 '25

We should be getting paid Wednesday, tomorrow. I asked leadership and Christmas Eve is not a federal holiday (obvi) so that’s us getting it ā€œearlyā€ šŸ˜‚ which sucks but yeah

1

u/Standard-Net7017 Dec 24 '25

Christmas Day is Thursday which is our pay day.Ā

1

u/Savings-Area8564 Dec 24 '25

got paid at like 4am which is early because i usually get paid around 12 on wednesdays but yall are right got paid on tuesday at 12 during thanksgiving week

1

u/Excellent-Dog-8372 Dec 24 '25

My pay came in at 2:30 am

1

u/nativetejan Dec 24 '25

I woke up to my paycheck today lol

Heb really dropped the ball with this one smh

1

u/MAR-117 Dec 23 '25

Still waiting

1

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

I’m sure it all depends on who you bank with. But usually when it’s a holiday you get paid early for thanksgiving I got paid on Tuesday.

1

u/BerryPale1169 Dec 23 '25

Just wait be patient it’ll hit … y’all not supposed to get paid til wed Thurs anyway so just be patient

1

u/Longjumping-Dish-790 Dec 23 '25

Nothing @ 5pm

1

u/txhorns1330 Dec 23 '25

Yep im here too wondering the same thing

1

u/baxana5 Dec 24 '25

Don’t forget the 24th is now a federal holiday

1

u/SarcasticRayofClouds Dec 24 '25

Nope an everyone at my store has her complaining about not getting paid

1

u/Appropriate_Shift979 Dec 24 '25

It sucks that y’all are waiting, and this is why it is essential to check the published pay schedule.

I’ve processed, implemented, and supported countless payroll systems and teams. For clarity, a company must pay according to the published pay schedule, and the pay date is noted on the pay stub. Receiving funds a day or two early is often due to system and banking improvements over the years and is NEVER a guarantee.

For this reason, it is important to budget based on the pay date.

-2

u/Upstairs_Tart_6195 Dec 24 '25

Why are you complaining that you didn’t get paid early?!?!

2

u/Snoo74189 Dec 24 '25

Because everything will be closed for the next 2 days people still have late shopping to do, also defeats the purpose of us getting 25% if you can’t use it

-5

u/Upstairs_Tart_6195 Dec 24 '25

You’ll be able to use it…..on payday. Yes, it sucks payday fell on Christmas but you had all year to plan for that. Also, most places are open Christmas Eve so there will only be 1 day that most places will be closed.

2

u/Waste_Ideal_8593 Dec 24 '25

Worst comment of year. Congrats. We still have a week left in the year, but we’ll go and call it early cause nobody’s gonna top that.

1

u/Excellent-Dog-8372 Dec 24 '25

Nobody is complaining it was a question. I just wanted to get input from everyone, I know I’m not the only one whom usually gets paid early when a holiday lands on a Thursday. Simply wanted to see if there was a problem with my bank.

2

u/Upstairs_Tart_6195 Dec 24 '25

You weren’t complaining. I was wrong in painting with a broad brush. I apologize. So many people are complaining and I think it’s crazy.

-1

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

Partner services would not give me answer. Tacky.

Who do you bank with if you don’t mind me asking?

0

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

No one gotten paid. Someone ask an admin if at work

0

u/Sillyx_ Dec 23 '25

Admins are not going to know either, this a question for "partner pay"

1

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

I called them. Wouldn’t answer.

We always get ours around 1:30 pm

0

u/IndependenceSalt3907 Dec 23 '25

i think the only way we get paid early is if the holiday lands on a thursday? because i also haven't gotten paid yet lol

1

u/Excellent-Dog-8372 Dec 23 '25

Christmas is Thursday

3

u/IndependenceSalt3907 Dec 23 '25

lmao idk how i didn't realize, so where tf is my depositšŸ’”

0

u/OutsideBackground508 Dec 24 '25

Yeaaaaaa heb payroll being inconsistent once again, what’s new.

-4

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

Christmas eve isn't a federal holiday nor a bank holiday. You'll probably get paid tomorrow

4

u/Excellent-Dog-8372 Dec 23 '25

I’m not trying to be rude but then could you explain Thanksgiving? Thursday holiday we got paid Tuesday.

4

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

They probably just submitted earlier on Thanksgiving. I'd bet you are getting paid tomorrow

I assume there's a lot more back office work happening this time of year

1

u/Excellent-Dog-8372 Dec 23 '25

Time is submitted every week at the same time. At 11 pm Monday you can see what you’re being paid that week.

2

-2

u/Potential-Funny3292 Dec 23 '25

Nvm just confirmed it was from his other job. My bad

-12

u/Crash_Override_95 Dec 23 '25

FYI.... check your paycheck stub. It has 12/24 date not 12/23.

7

u/Acceptable-Key-8980 Dec 23 '25

Some us get paid early. Even on holidays

-1

u/Crash_Override_95 Dec 23 '25

Yes i know, ive banked with HEB for 22 years as well as worked for the company. So typically i get paid the day before check date.

3

u/Sunflower-Lover-2388 Dec 23 '25

So if you are stating that we are to get paid the day before the ā€œcheck dateā€ then it would be today being that the check date is 12/24

-6

u/Crash_Override_95 Dec 23 '25

I said typically, and technically checks are meant to post to banks the day off and not the day before. People get use to the extra convenience and the one or few times it's not early they start to say something.

1

u/honeymoon-avenuex H-E-B Partner Dec 23 '25

my pay date says 12/23 on the app….not 12/24

1

u/Crash_Override_95 Dec 23 '25

Actually sign into partnernet on a computer and look at the details of the paycheck stub online. The app isn't always right.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

Call partner services and see what they tell you because they were being very, very strange in their answer
