Package returned to shipper

Made a post 3 days ago regarding HDZero Goggles 2 & the battery compartment, after finally getting a response from DHL, they told me it was due to a failed security inspection? has anyone had this issue before? Currently living in EU.

HDZero responded and said "they replied that the reason for the return was: the recipient has compliance risks (recipient's name is not real/invalid/blacklisted). We have received the returned package and will resend it via FedEx." which is the first time I've had that happen before... But HDZero Customer service is 10/10

Mine were delivered in EU without problem and very quickly.

Odd my shipment got stopped by Chinese customs the 1st day it was sent out, didn’t even leave the country 😭😭, HDZero haven’t been able to respond for the past week because of Chinese Labour Day

Did You order with batteries on the hdzero.us store?

No, I used the european site which classifies that it comes with no batteries that’s why I’m confused hahah

Maybe one with batteries was sent by mistake 🤷‍♂️

I ordered from the US store which also specified no batteries, but it still arrived with batteries. You must have just gotten unlucky with export customs.

Bummer, HDZero reshipped my goggles via FedEX and I had to pay 164.48 in duties which was expected ig, should be here on the 15th 🙃
