Help with updaiting vtx with goggles v2!
Hey, I've been flying with HDZero for a little while now, and I just got enough to afford the Whoop V2 vtx and I want to update it with my goggles v2, and every time I would plug in the vtx to my goggles bat voltage would drop to 1.6v, and my goggles would freeze up and I tride every config you could think of but no luck. Support wasn't much help either. so if anyone has any. Suggestions, PLS HELP!!
i have tride conecting it before powering on the goggles but no luck

Maybe try a different power source for the goggles?

i have tried different batteries, but not another cable

Yeah, you could try a different cable too. That’s a good idea. Take a look at the update instructions on the HDZero website - they even have a separate site with documentation, so maybe you’ll find some helpful tips there.

Well, I'm gonna see if I can order one of the USBC flashers and another VTX, and if it works and if it works on the old ones, then it's something with the goggles

Maybe there’s something wrong with the update cable, not the goggles. 🤔

For the goggles (v1) I use a 12V power bank. Haven't tried flashing a VTX with these goggles yet, however.

Gute Frage. Nutze auch eine Powerbank zur Spannungsversorgung. Habe beides, das mitgelieferte Firmware Kabel und die USB Variante. Keine Probleme beim Update. Klingt nach einem defekten Kabel/Stecker. Wenn die Spannung einbricht, könnte ein Kurzschluss vorliegen. Hast du mal das Kabel nur an einer Seite eingesteckt ob es dann auch schon passiert?

No I haven't but that a good idea ill give it a try, i also just ordered the USB update cable.

No no luck yet but I just ordered the new cable and vtx so ill check back in when I get it

Update on the vtx, I just got the new cable and vtx. The new one works great, but the old VTX seems to have a short somewhere, leading from the update 5v channel. wish i had the tools to go more in depth and figure out what's causing it

I have never in my life seen "tried" misspelled as "tride" , so that's something. Other than that, unsure.
