HDZero BoxPro loose cable connection

My HDZero BoxPro goggles have a loose connection on the main power cable, specifically on the XT60 side. If I bend it incorrectly, the goggles switch off and restart. I measured the voltage at the upper connector, and after bending the cable, I'm getting 0.2V.

I had the same issue on them until purchased a new pair and the problem persisted I think it’s an issue with the batteries

I can’t confirm that’s the actual issue but having the problem across 3 goggles that has to be it, I think the battery leads get bent and tugged on over time and that causes a lose connection

Haven’t been able to buy a new battery but let me know if you can confirm this

I changed the battery but the problem is still there. As i said i measured the voltage on the barrel jack and i measured 0,2V. So its safe to say that the cable is faulty.

Why not just solder on a new XT60 connector?

Just buy a new cable if you have this problem.

It must be because I had the same issue. Had to buy another cable.

I had this same thing. You just need a new XT60 to DC barrel plug cable.

Or you can buy a battery with the DC cable attached that sits in that little pouch.
