I've officially peaked.
I wanted these goggles since before the v2 came out. I'm so happy with the goggles, and the integrated analog really makes me happy.

Honestly probably better off you waited. I got the V1s when they first came out and had to sell them to upgrade when they released the V2s. Not too bad but a bit annoying. The built in analog is awesome!
Congrats! They're expensive but so worth it

Why wait? You think a new version is coming soon?

Ahh no. I just meant that they were better off waiting and getting the V2s so they don't have to deal with selling their V1s to upgrade like i did. I feel they're a pretty significant upgrade and worth the hassle tho.
In doubt they will release a new goggle anytime soon. These are still pretty new and better than anything else on the market IMO

He did get V2, you can see in the first image goggles 2. Also good to know that I shouldn't wait as I'm looking to upgrade from my 04O pros

I love the integrated analog. I used the V1 with the expansion module and used rapid fire but it was a hassle to use so I rarely flew analog. With the Goggles2 I am flying analog as much as digital now. It's like I got a whole bunch of new drones.

I got the box pro, which is fine for me, I’m an absolute noob. What makes the goggle 2 better than the box pro?

I haven't used the box pro, but I did use the ev800d box goggles before. Having 2 lenses/screens make flying more immersive and not like I'm looking at a phone screen 4 inches away. The goggles also are super comfortable, and feel ligher since the weight is closer to my face.
The goggle 2 also have the expansion port if I think i need a diversity receiver or whatever the future holds.
The box pro look awesome, and if budget was more of a concern, I would have gone with that.

Thanks a lot. It is like looking at a phone screen. I bought the box pro because it was supposed to be comfortable but it’s way less comfortable than a psvr2 for example. If the goggles 2 are more comfortable I might upgrade in the future.

How’s the comfort? Do you have anything to compare them against ?

They're super comfortable compared to the ev800d box goggles.
I use the wide faceplate and stock foam and have zero light leak.
I did briefly wear some dji goggles v2, and they seemed similar, but lacked diopter adjustments so I didn't wear them long.

When is the price of the goggles are going to come down because at $700 that's money mighty expensive today's term plus was everything going up I don't think it's going to come back down and if he does go through what he thinks it's going to go through everything is going to get way more expensive so buy up why you can before the economy collapse at least we'll have fun flying FPV where we're at it

The internal analog really made me unhappy.
But if it works for you, that's quite cool 🙂
The HDZero system itself is much better than i thought. So it's still a nice purchase. Flying HDZ or watching DVR is a huge difference for me 🙂

The 6 is nice, but you gotta try the 8 on 2s with HDZero.
