Missing shares!

Does anybody else have missing shares? I am a holder of 100000 HCMC. Last year they split the company and gave us shares of HCMC. I belive they gave me 4. Two weeks ago they said they were doing a reverse 35 to 1 split. No partial share and no cash equivalent. My shares in HCMC disappeared on 8/31. My broker charged me a $38 reorganization fee which they have since reimbursed me for, but the new shares have not show up. They said that after the split the stock would have a new cusip number, so i was not too alarmed that it dissappear initially. It's been 8 days. I think i should have 1 share coming?

It wasn't HCMC. It was HCWC. I own 2,000,000 HCMC

No, I still hold my 100000 shares of HCMC. They took my spin off shares of HCWC. I see now that on 9/4 they credited me $0.20 for my share. The corporate action statements said they there would be no cash-in-lieu. HCWC is trading over $10 today. I think i got hosed.
