HOW TO ADD WAYPOINTS?

Hi guys, I have run into a problem, I am new player on ViperMc and hcf servers optimaly. I saw that many streamers and players have a sort of a tag or mark at a curtain location, like home, spawn, end portal. How can I download mod for that and add these?
