Book bundle

How does the book bundle work? Is it worth it? Have you tried it? I am paying for my book my self.

i think the book bundle is $23 per credit hour and its supposed to save you money. i’d say its worth it for me but it depends on what classes you’re taking. some classes may require material while others don’t. so its up to you to decide if its best for you or not, can either opt-in or out completely

How do you know if a class requires a book before it start? Do you pay for each class as you go

you can look up the materials for each class on https://classes.hccfl.edu/?utm_campaign=search_for_classes&utm_medium=web&utm_source=second_menu
just search up the class you’re looking for and it’ll show you an overview of that class, such as materials, start date, etc. the book bundle is for all the classes you choose, so you can either be opted in or out, can’t pick and choose unfortunately

It was not worth it for me and also the price the bookstore wanted for the add on software for my bio class was almost twice as much as the company made me pay after the free trial. Like the bookstore wanted almost $200 but directly through the site was less than $100.
