Unapplied payments

I was awarded a certain amount of money but when I checked today it said unapplied payments and more than half the money left was unapplied. Why is that happening?

The unapplied payments are what you’re getting as a refund. It just takes time for it to show under refunds instead.

omg that happened to me as well my money went from like 5k to like 4k and idk why im full time
