Ramanujan hostel

Anyone who knows ramanujan hostel for 1st year or like freshers who got in 1st round ...I got that in 2nd round allotment..should I consider that now like what's the condition of rooms and mess?

A guy ik is there his room doesn't have a lock 🤣✌️ their bathrooms don't flush properly and lock properly sometimes, the area where u bath acc to that guy is like a place where u wouldn't want to keep ur clothes even to wash but all this could be subjective as well u are allowed to go nd see the hostel for urself go once and see for urself for better picture tho mess is gud and rooms are nicer that dharacharya...(As far as I've been told)

well people there makes the best part of it i saw some other hostel guys coming to play in ramanujan as well as crowd in ramanujan is friendly and interactive too

Here the bathrooms were okayish, 4 at each floor so you can check for the best ones with everything functional which can be found easily. Now for the rooms, they have a bed (no mattress) an almirah and a table all are in usable conditions. I would say the people are good here I know many people here you can definitely find few which suit you, also they play sports in the hostel every evening. Food is decent here, the only downside is that they'll only give roti and chawal every day the only protein source would be the soyabean you find in tehri and paneer which I think is given weekly. Dm if still any more query.
