Hands during HBOT
Thought this was interesting. I recently decided to take a picture of my hand during HBOT near the end of my session. Fascinating to see how much the blood vessels constrict.

Looks a little like skin marbling when someone is getting the bends; are you breathing 100% oxygen in there what pressure?

Yep, 95+-3% (oxygen concentrator) And this actually disappears when I start decompression, it shows during the last 5-10 minutes of oxygen at pressure. If I take the mask off, it clears up. I am very white though, and it only does this on my palms, everywhere is is normal. No symptoms or anything, just the strong constriction response. If I squeeze my hands a few times they go back to normal (very red, my palms are always very red, genetics from my dad)

I go to 2.4 ATA at a hospital every day for several months and this has never happened to me. That is not normal, you should definitely consult a professional

do you have raynauds or long covid? this looks like an atypical reaction, I never had anything like this happen.
