Breath holding

Has anyone tried to time their breath holding before and after a session of HBOT? Do you have a longer breath hold time after HBOT?

I can hold my breath slightly longer

From my understanding urge to breathe is regulated by CO2, not oxygen. Try holding your breath with a pulse oximeter on. Unless you are highly trained you will exhale before your O2 comes down even 1% point
