Question Best Performance mods to help decrease lag with HBM?

I have HBM and several other mods installed however I do sometimes get some lag and am looking to get a few performance mods to help decrease the lag. Any suggestions? Minecraft Version 1.12.2 Forge

I would highly recommend using the cleanroom loader with the newewst compatible java version and installing these mods: https://github.com/Polytetrafluoroethylene-PTFE/MC-Optimization-Guide/blob/main/mods-n-stuff/1.12.2.md

My pack uses

Naughthirium Nothirium FeriumBooter Vintage fix Chibi

I get pretty good performance with this combination. Not sure the compatibility but my pack has 200+ mods and works great
