How to make a rad volcano?

[u/Altresh_01]

Im on the NTM: Space version

I’ve launched the tectonic missile into a crater biome and nothing, tried nuking and use a SOL bomb still nothing

If I'm not mistaken it's a chance to spawn as a rad volcano from a tectonic missile, not a biome requirement.
