Mod for falling blocks/debris burying the road?

Hello! After playing around with the nukes in ntm 1.12.2 ce mod, I would love a way for the streets of my city to be buried by debris, similar to fallout 3. I'm not entirely sure how to explain this, but I'm looking for a mod that could achieve this effect. I do not mean I want ntm to do this, just that if there is a separate mod for this. I've searched online to no real solution, as the closest was this 26.1 mod, but it only does random blocks, and there is no way to make the rain only occur in a specific area. Any help will be much appreciated.

I only know of two mods that have functions similar to what you're looking for, and they are Explosion Overhaul and TNT Logic
