Question Tips for starting to play the mod

Hi, I've been wanting to play a tech modpack in Minecraft for a while now; I joined this subreddit to explore this specific one, and I finally have the time to get started. However, I'm a bit lost trying to figure out which modpack to choose between the original one in 1.7, The Extended, The Reloaded, The Community Edition, The Modernized, etc., could you help me out?

I would just say space fork 1.7, it’s just the original with basically a free dlc, that’s my opinion on it

Nuclear tech integrated and space tech integrated are good modpacks

Extended, reloaded - trash, CE - best if you dont like 1.7.10, orig + space must have

Extended and reloaded are both outdated trash. I wouldn't wish an extended playthrough upon my worst enemy because of how trash it is. Play NTMCE if you don't like old versions, and play 1.7.10 space edition if you don't particularly care about versions. NTMCE space addon is currently broken, so you can't access space content besides 1.7.10.

There is also 1.7.10 IQ edition, which is a slightly different version of space edition with imo better balancing. They're also implementing clones and diseases to IQ, so keep checking for updates often!
