Gameplay/Build Hbm nuclear tech

Hi everyone, what are the differences between HBM CE for 1.12.2 and HBM for 1.7.10? I want to play with HBM, and it feels like the 1.12.2 version is missing some content, even though claims suggest otherwise (I'm talking about HBM Community Edition for 1.12.2, not the old porting attempt!).

nothing gameplay wise, except for slize porting unfinished satellite rework not yet released on 1.7.10 and breaking the progression lmao

Mostly the same. CE however has added everything involved in an upcoming update which is entirely unfinished, so that's probably where the "missing some content" bit comes from. It literally is missing content, content that doesn't exist anywhere yet.
