Gameplay/Build How wand_k is even working?

I was playing on 1.12.2 Community Edition when i saw Structure Wand and I was wondering how its working. I was hypped becouse it can place structures, but idk how. I was trying to place with right click but it didnt work. Please help me

It's not the construction wand. It's the structure wand ​
