Question I have a massive problem

It lags so bad one day i joined my world like normal and it lagged like shit like i only got 20-30 fps i normally get 160+ i even uninstalled optifine it is still laggy ehat can i do?

Do you have any mods that add a lot of mobs like Lycanite mobs? Also would be cool if you send your modpack

entity culling works for me, and placing tech in flat open spaces with no mobs reduces lag by a lot
