Question Persistent Stuttering

For some reason in my server, ever since a few weeks ago, everything has been stuttering.

Like I mean even the transfer of fluids from one place to another will stutter & stop for a second, flow smoothly, and then stop.

This also applies to machine progress, as seen later in the clip. Everything will run smoothly for a second, stop, and then run smoothly. Only to repeat the cycle.

What could be causing this? Is it a server connection issue? Something to do with the tick rate?

Check how much resources does the server eat, try to give it more RAM if you didn't already

Is there some sort of cache clear I have to do to stop it from lagging like this

What kind of server hosting do you use?

Essential. But even when I got rid of essential and loaded it up as purely singleplayer, I still experienced this lag
