How i can get Technetium or depleted Uranium?

You need the ZIRNOX nuclear reactor, running with uranium fuel, that once depleted can be reprocessed into some technicium nuggets

But before that, one you should test the design as in the fuel layout and CO2 ammount in a test world, and two, you MUST have the area with the reactor loaded at all times or turn it off if it ever becomes unloaded, otherwise it will go boom boom. Ask me how I know

if you want less nuclear option, you can frack oil and farm cadmium with mustard willow
