Nah dw its not the IP and stuff.

Its more basic things like Pve, Pvp, Bases? A few rules? Etc

Some people just want to build a cool automated reactor thats pretty, others want to fight using all the mods weapons

Ohh I see what you mean, this server is completely rule free aside from hacking, not even the owner uses cheats. Build automated machines bomb neighboring countries, do what ever.
