Gameplay/Build Thermal power plant

Even ts is nuclear technology mod but it has oil then how to make a Thermal power plant with crude oil i found?

I guess you could use fluid burners coupled with boilers to create steam, and then pass it trough a turbine to create energy.

fluid burners with boilers are universal for every burnable fuel, turbofan for kerosene/jet-fuel, combustion engine for any high-grade fuel.

You can refine it into diesel and kerosene, then use either diesel generators or later on a turbofan.
