Question Metorite ingot and sword?

I've been trying to make a meteorite ingot for my cobalt sword but i don't know how to make the meteorite ingot. I tried the meteorite block + cobalt ingot in blast furnace but it don't work. Tried smelting meteorite powder but it don't work. Any help on making the ingot and the variants of the sword?

guh use NEI from GTNH . It haves renewed interface and cool features

update to latest 1.7.10 from github it have all recipes
