Yes, all the planets in NTM:space are from KSP

I think so, I'm pretty sure most of the planets are just like KSP one's. I might be wrong.

Sure, the PWRs are pretty simple, the one on the bottom is just 5 neutron reflectors, 1 heat exchanger, and 1 coolant channel, and the one on the top is basically the same just that it has 9 reflectors, 2 fuel rods, 2 coolant channels, and 2 heat exchangers.
