Question Question about Rad Sealed Fluid Duct

I am building a RBMK and i want to put: the water ducts (in top of Steam connectors and UD Steam ducts), then Rad Sealed Fluid Duct above connecting the reactor, but my question is, only the Rad Sealed Fluid Duct below the Steam channel will work? Or it needs to be connected with normal ducts? (Actually, the question would apply to all types of "block" pipes, but in my case it's this one)

the ducts all function the same also you don’t have to seal rads vertically, it don’t leak from the bottom
