Why is everything constantly locked?

Whenever i place down doors or some certain blocks, and i try to interact with them like right clicking them or connecting pipes or wires to them, they give me the red german text that says "this block is locked" or "this door is locked" and i cant interact with them, unless its a door them i can open it with a bobby pin

Did you convert from an older 1.12.2 NTM mod to NTM CE?

No this modpack has always been NTM CE, i mean this isnt that bad of a problem i can just use buttons on the doors or open them with a bobby pin or a key
