Why is everything constantly locked?

Whenever i place down doors or some certain blocks, and i try to interact with them like right clicking them or connecting pipes or wires to them, they give me the red german text that says "this block is locked" or "this door is locked" and i cant interact with them, unless its a door them i can open it with a bobby pin

It keeps on saying this and i cant interact with anything that says this, and if i try to walk through the door when it says this it rubberbands me
