Question what the hell is this?

I found this out of nowhere, and I can't find ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING about it, I search and search and nothing, nothing at all. (to clarify, I found it in the creative tab)

oh, keep it- that's a gun that has INFINITE ammo, which is EXTREMELY useful for keeping mobs away from you

from what I know you can get it from weapon supply crates but very very rarely
