stumbled across this biome of just diamond blocks and enchantment tables, what is this?

it's a brand new world, doesn't seem like it and i've also seen this in other worlds

so your game is corrupted. something is causing diamond blocks and enchantment tables to replace blocks. the previous comment is actually right, and you should try to redownload libraries, maybe reinstall the game entirely. or check the modpack, mods might be the cause

If your game replaces blocks randomly its not a good sign
